Service scope
Pest control services are provided according to the survey results and the written agreement between ETOS and the client. The scope, methods, and schedule of treatment are explained before service begins.
Scheduling and access
The client provides reasonable access to the areas to be treated at the scheduled time. Schedule changes should be communicated in advance so service can run effectively.
Payment
Service fees follow the agreed quotation. Payment terms, including schedule and method, are stated in the quotation or service contract.
Service warranty
Some of our programs include a warranty and follow-up visits depending on the service type. Warranty coverage and conditions are described in each program's quotation.
Liability
ETOS performs services to professional standards with certified technicians. Results may be affected by site conditions and the client's cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and closing pest sources.
