Every ETOS treatment follows a measured, documented Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach — not just spraying. These are our six stages, from the first survey through to the follow-up guarantee.
How We Work
ETOS's six-stage process
The IPM approach puts inspection and identification first, so treatment is precise, uses minimal chemicals, and delivers measurable results. Every stage is documented for audit needs and your peace of mind.

Inspection & Survey
Our technician visits the site to map the area, gauge the level of infestation, and locate entry points, food sources, and pest harbourage.

Pest Identification
The exact pest species is identified — for example subterranean vs drywood termites, or rodent species — because each one calls for a different treatment.

Treatment Plan & Application
We build an IPM-based program: sanitation, physical control, and licensed-product application at the correct dose and per MSDS, with occupant safety as the priority.

Routine Monitoring
Scheduled visits check baits and bait stations, evaluate treatment results, and prevent re-infestation before it can build up again.

Reporting & Documentation
Every finding, action, and recommendation is captured in a documented report — essential for food-industry, hospitality, and certification audits.

Guarantee & Follow-up
If pests return within the guarantee period, our team makes a follow-up visit. Customer Care is on hand for scheduling and further consultation.
