Flies often land on feces, garbage or rotten, smelly food to lay eggs and feed. As such, flies can spread bacteria to humans and transmit dozens of diseases, including typhoid fever, dysentery and cholera.

Although small in size, flies need to be controlled especially for those of you who run a business in the field of Food and Beverage so that visitors who come to your place of business do not feel disturbed by the presence of these pests and the food served can be maintained in quality. Here are some ways to repel flies that can be done:

1. Remove pungent odor

The way to get rid of flies is generally to eliminate the source of the pungent odor. Flies usually settle around areas that have strong odors, such as near open food or fruits. Therefore, keep the food or fruit in a storage container to prevent the spread of the aroma.

2. Keep the restaurant clean and not dirty

Keep your restaurant clean as flies often land in dirty areas, such as tables that have not been cleaned or trash bins that are full and have a strong odor.
