Humans spend a third of their day in bed. A very annoying thing happens when the place where we rest becomes a nest of lice. Bedbugs can nest and hide in mattresses, carpets, and clothes used by humans.

Bed bugs often go unnoticed by humans because these reddish-brown insects have small bodies of about 2-3 mm and can bite humans. Bites from bedbugs can cause itching, often accompanied by a reddish rash and burning sensation.

How to prevent bed bugs that can hide between the beds so as not to disturb our comfort while resting. First Do not place many items on the bed such as bags, wallets, clothes, and food. Because, without realizing it, fleas can become parasites that live in the clothes or bags used. You Should take off your clothes and immediately enter the dirty clothes basket after being used for activities.

Avoid eating on the mattress, because the food can leave debris so that the sheets become dirty. You can routinely use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the dust on the mattress to the headboard and routinely change the sheets once every two weeks.

Bedbugs can also reside in bags. Therefore, do not put bags on the mattress. Bedbugs look for the deepest and darkest places so they are hard to find. They will keep moving until they find a permanent place to live. Don't forget to check and clean the bag after each use. Open the bag and clean it down to the hard-to-reach crevices and corners.
