There are many types of foods that are believed to increase stamina. Starting from herbs, fruits, vegetables, to traditional foods that are believed to have certain properties. One of them is baby mice. Baby mice have long been consumed by Indonesian people because they are believed to be efficacious in increasing stamina and increasing physical strength for males. This practice is apparently still carried out by many people today. In Javanese, the ritual is known as 'nguntal cindil'. the translation into Indonesian is, 'swallowing the red baby rat alive'. It's really disgusting. When you have to bite the flesh of a live baby mice and swallow it.

Well, for maximum benefit, everyone is advised to eat at least 5 cindil per day. It is said that the effect will make the body feel warm and not tired when working. In the morning, the aches and pains will not be felt at all if you eat the 5 baby mice. In addition to increasing stamina, baby mice are also believed to prolong a person's life.

Until now there has been no research related to this. Mice are synonymous with a dirty environment that will actually harm human health. If by consuming baby mice it really becomes stamina, this is because it is suggested by the myth. The presence of rats must be watched out for because this pest causes a lot of losses. They can bite things into damage and also transmit dangerous diseases to humans.
