When are termites controlled? This question is often asked by customers. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Likewise, termite control must be carried out before these pests cause harm. Termite control should be carried out before the building is erected or called pre-construction control.

Before being built, a house or building needs soil to compact the floor. This soil comes from various places that may contain a lot of termites. The termites can move to breed in a new place. Often new buildings have been damaged by termites in several parts, especially when the newly constructed buildings are not used immediately. This makes termites more widespread to attack.

Pre-construction termite control aims to control termites from the ground and protect the building framework from being easily attacked by termites. Thus, large losses can be prevented. As we know, termites cause significant losses. Buildings and furniture that have been damaged cannot be repaired, but must be replaced.
